Our Team

Green Vision employs 65 staff, both Myanmar Nationals and International.Our team is made of top-notch civil engineers, architects, interior designers and business managers who were trained and have worked both in Myanmar and overseas. This creates a team that:

  • Really understands the local context and is able to manage and deliver projects in Myanmar
  • Understands the expectations and requirements of international clients and partners.

Green Vision is working with clients and partners to realise its goal of delivering world class construction services and products in newly opening Myanmar.

Our People

OP---1U Ye Htut (Chairman)

U Ye Htut has 20 years of experience as a construction contractor of medium to large scale construction projects with local and International companies. He has built residential and factory structures in Mon State, Bago, Mandalay and Yangon Regions. Earlier in his career, U Ye Htut served as an assistant labour officer at the Department of Labour in the Manpower, Research and Planning Unit. He was elected as a Member of Parliament from the National League of Democracy in Daik-U (Bago Region) constituency in the 1990 election. U Ye Htut holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics, majoring in planning and development at the Institute of Economics, University of Yangon.

As a chairman, U Ye Htut provides direction and oversight to the Green Vision Group of Companies.

OP---2Zarni (a.k.a) Nyan Min Htut (Founder and Managing Director)

Zarni holds a BA Honors in Business Economics from the University of East Anglia, UK. After his undergraduate studies, he spent six months as a research intern studying economic development of Myanmar at the Chulalornkong University in Bangkok. When he returned to Myanmar, he started his career as a communication officer with Save the Children (UK) in Myanmar.
In 2008 in the aftermath of Cyclone Nargis, he was assigned as a team leader in the West region of Ayeyarwaddy Delta, one of the worst affected areas. There he managed a team of more than 200 professional and field staff, and a multi-million dollar budget for over two years. Within these two years, his team, together with the affected community, built over 500 houses, 100 schools, several health centers, and provided livelihood support to a hundred thousands of affected families to rebuild their lives. Zarni played an instrumental role in raising funds to finance the project. He was later promoted and became a Regional Programme Manager for Yangon and Eastern Region and Emergency Response Manager for Rakhine Region. He left Save the Children in 2011 to pursue his business career.

Zarni found Green Vision Property Development and Construction Management Company in 2011. Within two years in business, Green Vision has rapidly risen to become a well-reputed real estate developer working with multi national companies, investors and land owners. Green Vision is currently developing five simultaneous projects in key locations of Yangon.
Zarni oversees Green Vision Group of Companies, Yangon Property Management Company (a joint-venture company with a Singapore based company) and other services companies (MyYangon Office, TaingYinThar Restaurant).

OP--3U Win Aye Pe (Administrative Director)

Win has had more than 25 years of experience working as a lead administrator/ manager in a range of business institutions. He started his career as a manager in Taing Yin May Printing House which primarily published “Taing Yin May”, a top women’s biweekly magazine, and other books ad prints including Shan language Buddhist scripts. He later worked as a manager in his late father’s rice mill in Bago Region. He was elected and served as an executive committee member in the Myanmar Rice Millers’ Association between 1997 and 2000. Then he became a joint secretary of the Association between 2001-2004. Since 2004 until now, he is Managing Director of Myanmar Rice Mill Company Limited, one of the top rice trading companies in Myanmar and was established by the Rice Millers’ Association. His role was to liaise with the Government ministries to facilitate rice export from Myanmar, bring updated technology from Thailand and other countries, import parts and machineries for rice mills, etc. Win holds a bachelor degree in economics (B Econ) from the Institute of Economics, University of Yangon.
As an Administrative Director, Win oversees the Company's administrative and legal matters, liaises with Government Ministries for MIC proposals and tender processes, manages contracts (with land owners, contractors, other private companies, shareholders) and supervises the HR Department.

OP---4Htun Aung Kyaw (Head of Project Department)

Htun has more than 4 years experience as a resident technical officer and site engineer with internationally renowned construction companies in Singapore. His areas of expertise include quality assurance, technical solutions, construction management, coordination and the management of structural and architectural subcontractors.

Before working in Singapore, Htun gained 8 years of experience working for large construction companies as a civil engineer in Yangon and Mandalay. He was among the first to introduce steel structure technology in Myanmar in the late 90s, designing and supervising construction of steel structure factories and residential projects. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (majoring in civil engineering) from Mandalay Technological University.

Htun is the head of the Project Department for Green Vision. He has worked with the Green Vision Group of Companies since its founding in 2011.

OP---5Wai Phyo (Head of Architecture and Design Team)

Phyo’s expertise is interior design and decoration, in particular, 3D visualization. He holds an Interior Design Diploma from Parlin Art School in Singapore as well as a diploma and bachelor in Civil Engineering from Mandalay University.
Phyo has experience in a wide range of design and construction fields in Myanmar and Singapore. He has 6 years experience post diploma working as an junior architect and site supervisor. Post degree he worked for 5 years with Pacific High Tech Construction Company as Architect, Interior Design Manager and head of Design Unit. He has also worked for 3 years in Singapore as an Interior Designer, 3D Visualizer, and Senior Draftsman with international construction companies.
In addition to his design work he writes articles on interior design and runs a training school for Interior Design Theory and Architectural Visualization.

Phyo is the head of the architecture and design team as well as planning and development at Green Vision. He has worked with the Green Vision Gorup of Companies since its founding in 2011.

OP---6Vincent Jalabert (Business Director)

Vincent holds a Master Degree in Sustainable Development & Urban Planning. After graduating in 1997 in France, he started his career working for the French Government in the position of sustainable development program manager before joining international NGOs in 2000. For the next 8 years he worked in 5 countries managing multimillion dollar projects.

In 2008, following cyclone Nargis, Vincent joined Save the Children in Myanmar as a Regional Program Manager to participate in the relief efforts. He managed 12 offices and up to 500 staff across a range of different projects on various themes, transferring strong project management and leadership skills to his staff until 2012. It was during this period that he met Zarni and they worked together, forming a successful team for 2 years.

Vincent joined The Green Vision Group of Companies in January 2014 as Business Director.

Pascal Jean (Properties Manager)

Pascal Jean is the Properties Manager of Green Vision Group of Companies.

He is in charge of overseeing the management of all serviced properties developed by Green Vision including serviced apartments, condominiums and offices. He also set up, together with his assistant, the serviced apartment department, developing and implementing staffing structures, staff hospitality training, operations policies and procedures, and budgets.

He holds a Bachelor degree in Human science and Anthropology from the University of Avignon et des pays de Vaucluse, France. After his studies, he worked in a range of hospitality related fields across Europe including jobs as a hotel customer care executive in the Netherlands, as a waiter in an International restaurant in Spain and positions in a range of hotels in France. Pascal moved to Myanmar to challenge himself with new experiences. He has worked for Green Vision Group of Companies since 2014.

Sandy (Sales & Marketing Manager)

Sandy is the Manager of Sales and Marketing for the Green Vision Group of Companies, with responsibility for Direct Sales, Sales Planning, Sales Management, Developing Strategic Marketing Plans, Brand Management and Implementing PR Strategies. Prior to joining Green Vision, Sandy worked in strategic business development and marketing at multinational companies. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Yangon University, as well as an Advanced Diploma in Financial Management from Institute of Commercial Management, UK. Sandy is fluent in English and Burmese.

Nang Yin Yin Thu (Chief Accountant)

Nang Yin Yin Thu holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce from Yangon Institute of Economics (2004), passed LCCI level 3 in 2005  and achieved Hotel Accounting, Supervising Level in 2006. She has successfully completed Accounting Job Training & satisfied the requirements in Preparation of Financial Statements at Ngwe Inzaly Audit Firm. She is also an accountant who holds Certificate of Registration as Certified Public Accountant.

Tayzar Min (Legal Advisor)

Tayzarmin  is the senior legal advisor for the Green Vision Group of Companies. He is a Solicitor of the Higher Grade and holds a Certificate in Buisness Law (CBL) from Patein University.  He oversees all legal issues involved in construction work including BCC permits, all document processing and contracts .

From 2008 to 2012, he was assigned  by Save the Children to the Cyclone Nagris Emergency response Programe (Ayerewaddy Division) &Cyclone Giri (Rakhine Region).  He met Zarni and Nyein Phyo Wai during this period.

Tayzarmin joined with Zarni (Founder of Green Vision Group) to found Green Vision Co., Ltd in 2012.

Nyein Phyo Wai (Director of MD' Office)

Ko Phyo holds a Diploma of A.G.T.I (Machine Tools and Design) and he graduated with B.Sc (Physics) from Meikhtila University in 2003-2004. After his graduation, he spent about 2 years as a peer educator at Save the Children in Myanmar. In 2007, he was employed by Save the Children in Myanmar as an Outreach Worker in Mandalay.

From 2008 June to 2010 October, he was assigned as a logistics assistant then logistics officer for Cyclone Nargis Emergency Response Programme (West Delta, Ayarwaddy Division) at Save the Children in Myanmar. He was also selected as a member of Save the Children Emergency Response Team to take part in the initial response to cyclone Giri in Rakhine Region in 2010 October. In 2010 December, he was promoted to Regional Logistics Coordinator at Save the Children in Myanmar for Rakhine Region.

Ko Phyo joined with Zarni (Founder of Green Vision Group) to found Green Vision Co., Ltd in 2012. In March2013, he was promoted  to Operations Manager and then to Director of MD’s Office in 2015.

Aung Zay Ya Nyein (a.k.a) Lakegyi (M&E Manager)

Aung Zay Ya Nyein (a.k.a) Lakegyi holds a Diploma of A.G.T.I (Mechanical Power) and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from PSB Academy in Singapore. He has 7 years experience working for M&E consultant firms in Singapore in various capacities including senior draughtsman at BECA Carter Hollings & Ferner (SEA) and Design Engineer at Kunda Consultant Engineers.

In 2013 he decided to join Green Vision Myanmar as M&E Manager to participate in the development of his country.

Htein Lynn (General Manager of Dawei Office)

Htein Lynn graduated with a Bachelor in Computer Science from University of Computer Study, Yangon, in 2004 and went onto study Development Studies and Business Studies in Yangon Institute of Economics in 2011.

He has a wide range of experiences in humanitarian services with INGOs and UN Agencies,  particularly in the emergency responses to Cyclone Nargis and Cyclone Giri.   This included logistic and database management, and the coordination of authorities and humanitarian stakeholders within the region. He also worked as an associate consultant with a consultancy advising various multinational companies on their entry to the Myanmar market. His responsibilities included research and development of market sectorial reports, bidding for government tenders and competing operator licenses regarding oil and gas, telecom, foreign banking, securities, etc.Htein Lynn is responsible for the establishment of Green Vision in Dawei region. This includes identifying, exploring and acquiring land/properties, developing relationships with local authorities, widening Green Visions local network and supporting all regional development.
